Notes from the Nurse
Welcome Back to School!!! If your
child has any medical issues that you need to address with Nurse Tricia please
make sure to call the school clinic and advise her. Please do not assume that
if you document it on the Emergency card that she is made aware of it. If you
need to speak with the Nurse Tricia about anything she is available on Fridays
@ Marco Island Charter Middle School from 7:45 am until 3:15 @ 377-8509. She also serves other schools in the district
the other days of the week. Please remember to keep your contact information up
to date in case of an emergency. All medications need to be brought to the
clinic by a parent and the appropriate paper needs to be in place for the
medicine to be accepted. NO Child should EVER carry medications to and from
school. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and remember to wash your
hands frequently to prevent the spread of germs.

Florida requires the following immunizations for 7th grade:
Tdap (if one has not been given in the past 5 years)
Hepatitis B Series of 3
Varicella (Chicken pox) disease date or vaccine
